The Senior Identity Management Analyst is responsible for providing a higher level of expertise, knowledge, and problem resolution skills to the day-to-day identity management operations for the enterprise. The Senior Analyst provides input, lends their expertise, guides, trains, and provides operational support to fellow identity management analysts. The Senior Identity Management Analyst fully understands their industry and can demonstrate results in their work. The Senior Analyst must be courteous, helpful, organized, can multitask, stay motivated and have a HIGH level of Customer Service. The Senior Analyst may act as a liaison between contractors, employees, security, administrators, HR, facilities, and other internal departments to ensure all parties are aware of company access control policies and procedures. The Senior Analyst must maintain a high degree of communication skills, organization, and professionalism always to ensure enterprise-level identity management operates efficiently.

RESPONSIBILITIES and EXPECTATIONS (in addition to junior analyst role and responsibilities)

• Work with minimal supervision.

● Be proficient in navigating Intuit's access control system (currently AMAG Symmetry).

● Train new analysts.

● Troubleshoot badging issues at a higher level

● Provide day-to-day guidance and direction to junior analysts.

● Ensure badging protocols, procedures, and policies are consistently and uniformly applied.

● Ensure badging-related procedural documentation is up to date.

● Participate in and provide guidance on badging-related projects assigned by the GSOC Information Systems Manager or proxy.

● Escalate issues affecting identity management to the GSOC Information Systems Manager or proxy.

● Review all escalations for accuracy and completeness.

● Participate in system review and problem-solving program enhancement, including the development, implementation, and support of the access management platform.

● Maintain inventory and accountability of global badging supplies.

● Serve as a resource, point of reliable and accurate badging information and knowledge, at a master level.

Qualifications:

Education required: HS Diploma X Associates Degree _ BS/BA __

Experience required: A minimum of 4 years of Identity management experience, specifically related to badging and badging systems management in a large enterprise, comparable to Intuit.

Must be able to communicate effectively and work well with others. Must be able to lead a team during an emergency and maintain a levelheaded approach in times of high stress. Must be able to reprioritize work in an ever-changing environment. Possess knowledge in security and emergency management systems and processes.

Other requirements or competencies:

● Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills required. Must have strong communication skills and the ability to speak clearly and listen intently.

● Strong command of the English language.

● Must be able to multitask effectively.

● Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with the ability to work independently.

● Must be able to utilize common sense to identify and solve problems, and/or determine when an incident is required to be escalated to management for guidance.

● Must be able to provide and follow instructions and remain calm and levelheaded during an emergency or incident situation.

● Average or above average computer skills, with the ability to quickly learn and utilize required security systems.

● Experience in an identity management team, department, or operations.
