PACCAR Inc. Senior Multimedia Specialist in Mount Vernon, Washington

The Senior Multimedia Specialist position will support the Creative Service Manager in creation and management of high-level Senior Management presentations, visual media, and graphic design for both internal and external audiences. Job Functions / Responsibilities Take conceptual ideas and craft then into visual representations in both PPT and digital media Post contentto PACCAR Technical Center's LinkedIn and YouTube pages. Create highlight video reels and tour videos for internal and external use. Use videography and photography to document testing and employee events. Manage change control, cataloging, storage, and retrieval of digital media and slide decks. Understanding of brand guidelines and style guides. Ensure all design and content support the PACCAR Technical Center brand and culture. Print production coordination. Qualifications Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, lightroom, Illustrator, and InDesign). Proficient on PC Platform Proficient in Microsoft Office Aptitude to translate ideas and concepts into effective slides and images. Competence in performing digital color correction, editing, retouching and file transfers of artwork. Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments in a dynamic environment. Excellent communication skills required, both spoken and written. Demonstrate exceptional judgement, agility and collaboration when partnering with stakeholders. Previous experience directly supporting senior leadership is a plus. Competence in visual storytelling. Ability to operate DSLR and Mirrorless camera systems (Intermediate level). Basic Knowledge of camera support rigs. Basic knowledge of lighting setups and techniques. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, ability to work at heights, stand on concrete for hours, and sit at a computer for long periods of time.
