Requisition Summary Paccar Technical Center seeks an OBD Calibration Supervisor to develop OBD Engine and Aftertreatment diagnostics to meet regulatory requirements and reduce Dashlamp on time throughout all development phases of the program. Job Functions / Responsibilities Supervise a team of OBD Calibrators to develop OBD Diagnostic functions to meet regulatory requirements and reduce Dashlamp on time throughout all development phases of the program. Supervisor will lead a team to perform pre calibration work on an engine dyno and apply it to the vehicle level. Performs diagnostic routines, reports findings and gives recommendations in order to improve system reliability and durability. Defines, purchases, and maintains all hardware and software tools required to interface with the engine management systems. Qualifications Excellent leadership skills with 2 years experienced as a supervisor or team lead. Strong knowledge of Regulatory requirements in association with OBD is a plus. In-depth knowledge of Powertrain management systems with knowledge of performance, experience with in-vehicle engine and engine-vehicle calibration and data acquisition systems, understanding of control systems and system requirements. ability to work well independently and in a team environment. Must be self-directed; possess excellent analysis, communication and presentation skills; must be organized and take a rigorous approach to engineering projects. Must be able to manage personal workload and have the willingness, flexibility, and initiative to respond to shifting time and project demands. Education BS in appropriate technical field required (electrical/mechanical engineering a plus), MS preferred. We carefully consider numerous compensation factors, including your education, training, or experience. The salary range for OBD Diagnostic Supervisor is $93,000 - $145,500 annually. Additionally, this role is eligible for a full range of benefit options listed above. This position is also eligible for a holiday gift.
