Position Overview: The car wash Team Lead is tasked with performing the daily operational practices of running the car wash facility and providing excellent customer service.
Full and Part-time positions available
Rotating Shifts -Monday-Sunday
Hours based on your needs
Car Wash Attendant: $13-$15/hour and Base + Commission/month
Qualifications:
- Ability to display courteous and professional attitude
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure optimum customer satisfaction
- Strong ability to work flexible hours, such as evenings and weekends
- Ability to work standing over long periods of time Ability to lift items of moderate weight
- Ability to work outdoor and be efficient in all weather conditions Ability to interact ethically with fellow employees and customers
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to handle the physical demand of the job Ability to follow directions and correctly implement tasks.
- Car wash locations can create wet hazardous conditions an safety precautions should be met for safety and compliance
