Title: Office Clerical/Data Entry Clerk

Location: Mount Vernon, NY

Schedule: Part-time, 2 days per week, 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Flexible) Temp 6 Month Role

Assignment START: End of August 2024

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and computer-savvy Office Clerical/Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This role involves office administrative tasks, data entry, and working with various software programs including Excel, some QuickBooks, and a construction-specific program (training provided).

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general office clerical duties including answering phones and filing.

  • Input data into our construction management software, focusing on utility tickets and billing processes.

  • Utilize Excel to track and manage data related to tickets and projects.

  • Assist with QuickBooks by entering bills as needed (minimal requirement).

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and basic understanding of QuickBooks (training provided).

  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software systems quickly.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.

  • Excellent communication skills and a customer service-oriented attitude.

Additional Information

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
