BEACON LODGE Kitchen Helper in Mount Union, Pennsylvania
Job duties will consist of food prep, dishwashing, and assisting the cook with kitchen duties. Employee must be organized, have reliable transportation, and will be required to obtain FBI, State Police, and ChildLine clearances. This is a seasonal position from April/May - August.
*HOURS: *Seasonal April - August: As scheduled by Kitchen Supervisor; Off-Season: Occasional Event Work
SALARY: Hourly wage; payable every two weeks
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to lift 40 lbs
- Neat, friendly, responsible, professional, and accountable
- Must have reliable transportation
DUTIES:
- Understand and follow all Camp Policies, Camp Rules, DOH guidelines, and ServSafe guidelines.
- Assist Cook with preparation and serving meals.
- Clean and sanitize all dishes and utensils.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized dishwasher room.
- Assist Kitchen Supervisor and Cooks with food and supply inventory.
- Other tasks as assigned.
