Position Summary:

Under the supervision of Victim Services Coordinator, provide culturally appropriate advocacy services to individuals who are victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and/or stalking. All Behavioral Health staff must adhere to mandated reporting laws. This is a grant funded position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide crisis intervention and support to

Coordinate, monitor, and advocate for appropriate

Provide and/or arrange transportation services for

Provide education and information to clients as directed by

Participate as a member of NMN clinical team that meets weekly to present cases for clinical feedback and

Serve on the Sexual Assault Response Team (SART); participate in after-hours on call

Collaborate with community sexual assault and domestic violence service

Complete documentation of client interactions as required and per

Maintain statistical records and proper documentation on clients

Track necessary data for grant and complete grant reporting as

Participate in outreach and education services within the

Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and establishing networks with other service providers that focus on providing services to trauma survivors.

Adhere to client confidentiality and comply with department policies and federal regulations under the Privacy rules of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) Confidentiality
