Adecco Healthcare is searching for a Bilingual Nurse Practitioner in Mount Laurel, NJ - 08054. This position is permanent, full-time, and direct-hire.

Pay

  • $108,000-$135,000

  • Bilingual Stipend: 5% on top of salary

Available Shift

Home Visit Physician Dept

  • Must be able to visit patients in the home

  • Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm

Job Summary

In this Nurse Practitioner role, you'll:

  • Deliver expert consultations.

  • Conduct thorough follow-up appointments.

  • Perform in-person patient visits across various healthcare settings.

  • This position requires a professional who can adapt to different environments while maintaining high-quality, personalized care.

Job Duties

  • Conduct follow-up visits in patients' homes and care facilities.

  • Perform visit-appropriate health assessments.

  • Diagnose and manage patients' symptoms.

  • Issue referrals and orders for: Laboratory work, Diagnostic tests, Durable medical equipment (DME), Home care services, Physical therapy (PT), and Occupational therapy (OT).

  • Refer patients to other services when suitable.

  • Maintain appropriate communication with patients' specialists.

  • Complete electronic medical records (EMR) promptly, adhering to company policies.

  • Act as a positive representative of the company to patients, families, and the community.

  • Participate in performance improvement and quality assurance initiatives

Attend required staff meetings and training sessions.

  • Participate in rotating on-call coverage.

  • Fulfill other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • NJ license or (multi-state license).

  • DEA and CDS (Controlled Dangerous Substance) licenses are required upon hire (employer will assist/reimbursement for licensing fees).

  • Must be able to commute (reimbursement provided).

  • Experience in palliative care, oncology, hospice, or geriatric care.

  • Master's Degree in Nursing.

  • EMR Proficiency.

  • Must be Bilingual.
