Job Overview
The Administrative Assistant will provide essential support to our team, ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations. This role involves handling administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, managing customer inquiries, and assisting with documentation and data entry. The ideal candidate is highly organized, a strong communicator, and comfortable multitasking.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support, including answering calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
- Maintain and organize company records, documents, and files.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Assist with invoicing, billing, and tracking expenses.
- Manage customer orders, quotes, and communication.
- Support marketing efforts with social media updates, emails, and content organization.
- Handle office supply inventory and ensure smooth office operations.
- Assist with HR tasks, including onboarding paperwork and employee records.
- Work closely with management to support operational needs.
Qualifications & Skills
