Triple M Construction LLC Carpenter Helpers in Mount Clemens, Michigan
Triple M Construction LLC, located in Mount Clemens, Michigan, is seeking 6 temporary full-time carpenter helpers. The job will include worksites in Macomb, Oakland, St. Clair and Lapeer counties. In order to perform the job duties, travel is required to various worksites daily whether at private residences or commercial properties. With many years of experience in the trade, Triple M Construction LLC specializes in rough frame carpentry in both residential and commercial construction projects. The worker will be required to arrive at the place of employment in Mount Clemens, Michigan. Triple M Construction LLC will provide transportation to the worksites and all the necessary tools, equipment and supplies without charge or deposit. Triple M Construction LLC will also provide on-the-job training.
The work hours will be from 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM from Monday -- Friday; 40 hours a week with overtime periodically required. If there are more than 40 hours worked in a week, he or she will be paid time-and-a-half for all hours worked more than 40 hours. The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period. The worker will be paid weekly, and Triple M Construction LLC will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. The job position is for temporary need starting April 1, 2025 and ending November 30, 2025. Triple M Construction LLC will make all appropriate deductions from the worker's paycheck as required by law and will not intend to withhold any deductions that are not required by law.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Our carpenter helpers perform the following duties:
Perform carpentry duties requiring lesser skill such as loading and unloading tools and wood and laying out lumber and other components for structure. Select tools, equipment, or materials from storage and transport items to work site. Assisting lead carpenters with basic carpentry tasks such as holding, cutting and nailing lumber according to lead carpenter instruction. Clean work areas, machinery and equipment.
