Job Summary:

Supports electronics systems on Caterpillar machines. Provides technical information on systems and monitors system quality and reliability. Communicates issues and champions quality within the engineering organization.

What You Will Do:

• Gathering input to identify improvements to existing products.

• Evaluating production processes to identify defects in manufacturing and design. Provide input to designs modifications to maximize production efficiency and product quality.

• Communicating with Caterpillar Dealers to resolve technical issues.

• Develop publications to communicate field issues.

• Present quality and reliability data to internal stakeholders.

• Identifying and tracking quality defects, ensuring resolution in manufacturing.

• Communicating technical specifications and instructions to ensure product quality and performance. Tracking and managing the status of product issues.

Education Requirement:

Associates’ degree

Additional Information

The location for this position is Mossville, IL.

Relocation assistance is not available for this position. Any relocation costs incurred would be the responsibility of the selected candidate.

This position may require up 25% travel.

Summary Pay Range:

$95,640.00 - $143,520.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
