[Administrative duties: Providing excellent customer service, answering phones, and monitoring for instrumentation alarms.]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 12pt;="" color:="" rgba(0,="" 0,="" 1)"=""}

[Technical responsibilities: Retrieving blood samples and other specimens, preparing them for laboratory testing, and performing screening procedures.]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 12pt;="" color:="" rgba(0,="" 0,="" 1)"=""}
