Abbott Compliance Executive in Moscow, Russia
Section 1: PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The purpose of the job is to provide comprehensive support in event coordination, document preparation, client and partner interactions, contractor management, administrative tasks, and performance standards maintenance, ensuring alignment with the company's compliance requirements and strategic objectives.
Section 2: ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of the company's internal and external events while ensuring compliance with corporate ethics guidelines for participation in external events.
Document Preparation: Prepare and edit business documents, including contracts and official correspondence. Draft clear and concise communication on behalf of the company to ensure professionalism and compliance with regulatory standards.
Client & Partner Interaction: Serve as a liaison for clients, partners, and visitors, providing essential information and coordinating meetings to facilitate strong business relationships.
Commercial Contractor Management: Identify and engage with suppliers, manage documentation processes including the preparation of technical specifications, contracts, and closing documents. Ensure all supplier agreements comply with internal policies and are accurately recorded in the company's databases.
Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the division, including the maintenance of corporate files and management of business correspondence to uphold organizational efficiency.
Performance Standards Maintenance: Monitor and uphold the company’s performance standards, ensuring that all activities align with corporate compliance requirements and strategic objectives.

Relevant experience in compliance, administration, or a related field is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in document management and familiarity with corporate governance practices.
Administrative support experience – at least 1 year
English – upper-Intermediate+ MS Office proficient user (Excel, PowerPoint)
