Summary:

The clinical pharmacist shall support the mission of the hospital and pharmacy department by preventing, identifying and resolving drug related problems to assure patient safety improve patient satisfaction and minimize costs.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

• Required - Bachelors - Pharmacy; Preferred - Doctorate - Pharmacy

Credentials:

• Required - Pharmacist - State of Florida; Preferred - ASHP (Pharmacists)

Experience:

• Acute Care experience preferred

BayCare Health System, Pharmacy-MPH

Location: Morton Plant

Status: Full Time, Exempt: Yes

Shift Hours: Variable

Shift: Shift 4 - evenings and overnight

Shift 1 = Days, 2 = Evenings, 3 = Nights, 4 = Varies

Weekend Work: Every 3rd

On Call: No
