Description and Requirements

Lenovo Global Product Education is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Multimedia Specialist to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in video production, motion graphics, creative design, team leadership, and project planning, with expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud. This role involves overseeing the entire video production process, creating engaging motion graphics, designing visually appealing multimedia, leading and mentoring a team of specialists, and managing multiple projects to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire video production process from concept to final delivery, including scriptwriting, storyboarding, shooting, editing, and post-production.

  • Produce high-quality video content for various platforms, including communication, eLearning, social media, and presentations.

  • Manage video shoots, including setup, lighting, and audio recording.

  • Create engaging motion graphics and animations to enhance video content and other digital media.

  • Develop and implement creative motion graphics solutions that align with project goals and brand guidelines.

  • Design visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital media.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure cohesive and consistent visual branding.

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of multimedia specialists, providing guidance and support to foster their development.

  • Conduct regular team meetings and cross-training sessions to ensure team members stay updated with industry trends and skills.

  • Plan, organize, and manage multimedia projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide creative solutions.

  • Maintain clear communication with team members and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Stay updated with the latest multimedia and AI related tools and industry best practices.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Film Production, related field or equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years of experience in multimedia production, with a focus on video production and motion graphics.

Prefered Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a team leadership role within a multimedia or creative team.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing video production, motion graphics, and creative design projects.

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and a passion for storytelling.

Senior Multimedia Specialist will play a key role in creating compelling multimedia content that aligns with our strategic objectives and brand vision. This position requires proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and a keen eye for detail to produce high-quality video and graphic content.
