ManpowerGroup Part Time Receptionist/Facilities Assistant in Morrisville, North Carolina

Our client in Morrisville, NC is seeking a Part Time Receptionist/Facilities Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to take initiative and work independently, and be highly organized which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Part Time Receptionist/Facilities Assistant

Location: Morrisville, NC

Pay Range: $20/hour

What’s the Job?

  • Answering phone calls and greeting visitors and clients

  • Ensure the tidiness of the facility, including tasks such as stocking and organizing conference rooms

  • Provide support to the marketing team by fulfilling orders for company merchandise as needed

  • Manage expense reports for some in company leadership positions

  • Assist the facilities manager with other tasks as needed

What’s Needed?

  • HS Diploma or equivalent

  • 2+ years of receptionist and facilities assistant experience

  • Strong initiative required, must be able to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and outlook

  • Experience and understanding of expense reporting systems
