Instructional Designer / Learning Experience Designer

Role Overview:

You're a tech-savvy instructional designer with a knack for simplifying complex concepts. Your passion is creating engaging learning experiences that resonate with diverse audiences. You are a SME in Articulate Storyline 360! If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! As an Instructional Designer, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering cutting-edge learning materials that equip our workforce with the expertise they need to excel in the digital age.

MUST HAVES:

• Deep, demonstrable, experience with Articulate Storyline 360.

• Ability to Simplify Complex Tech Language: You must be able to write, understand, and translate complex technical jargon into easy-to-understand language for learners.

• Comfortable with changing priorities when business needs shift and change.

• Driven, Persistent, self-starter; you don't wait for replies that are overdue, you reach out again.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Comfortable navigating the complexities of Edge computing, AI integration, cybersecurity, collaborative technologies, and workstation verticals.

• Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design best practices.

• Exceptional Writing Skills: Strong written communication skills are essential.

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, technical communication, or equivalent practical experience.

Pay Details: $55.00 to $68.00 per hour
