Position Summary

As a Campus Recruiter, you will be instrumental in identifying and attracting talented individuals from universities across the United States. You will manage all recruiting activities at universities, ensuring successful events, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates, and building a robust pipeline of future diverse applicants. Ideal candidates will have a passion for social recruiting and corporate branding, enhancing Teleflex's presence at colleges, and developing a highly qualified, diverse, entry-level talent pool.

Principal Responsibilities

• Act as a Talent Consultant, adding value in each interaction and driving recruiting best practices forward.

• Travel up to 25%, to partner campuses and Teleflex locations nationally to facilitate in-person execution of our university recruiting strategy.

• Build university relations across universities in the US to create pipelines of early talent.

• Develop timelines and project plans associated with university recruitment.

• Assist business partners with creating inclusive entry-level job descriptions.

• Post positions to online advertising sites such as, college campuses, our company careers site, Handshake, Linkedin, Indeed, and other platforms.

• Engage and cultivate relationships with future candidates through meetings, phone calls and events.

• Help coordinate Teleflex’s Intern Development Program.

• Plan and coordinate career fairs, information sessions, and recruitment events with schools bringing in other business partners and colleagues as needed.

• Review candidates, provide offer letters, and utilize our ATS system (SuccessFactors)

• Conduct phone, video, or face-to-face interviews.

• Provide follow-up communication to candidates such as rejection notices, scheduling, and interviewing feedback.

• Partner with recruiters to understand where new graduates may fill our open positions.

• Engage with internal staff members to recommend ideal branding strategies for Universities.

• Source candidates via resume databases, search engines, and networking sites using Boolean search language.

• Solicit and pursue referrals from business networks and/or internal referrals.

• Ensure compliance with OFCCP policies and procedures by tracking outreach efforts and maintaining thorough documentation.

• Strict adherence to all regulations (OFCCP and all other compliance standards set forth).

Education / Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred, experience considered in lieu of a degree.

• 2+ years of high-volume full-cycle early career talent/ university recruitment experience in a corporate environment required.

• Experience building university relationships.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.

• Strong coordination, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Ability to travel at least 25% to partner campuses and Teleflex locations nationally
