Atlantic Health System Unit Associate I - Per Diem, Evenings 3p-11p, Gagnon A, Morristown Medical Center in Morristown, New Jersey
Essential Function/Responsibilities:
Ensuring patients and families have a positive patient experience by exhibiting PRIDE behaviors, rounding, collaboration, teamwork and a positive attitude.
Good communication skills/customer service.
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and have positive customer service skills.
Answering call bells and telephones using proper phone etiquette.
Attending to the functions of the unit, bed assignments, working with the nurses, nursing assistants, and leadership to promote a positive patient experience.
Minimum Education:
- High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum Experience:
- Prior experience in healthcare strongly preferred
