Recreation / Activities Aide Responsibilities:

• Enhance the quality of life for residents/clients according to the established policies, procedures, and objectives of the organization.

• Conduct one-to-one activities using interpersonal skills to meet resident/client needs.

• Project a positive image of the organization in interactions with residents/clients, co-workers, and the public.

• Assist with errands, handle resident mail, arrange flowers, decorate seasonally, clean activity areas/storage spaces, photograph residents, serve special meals, bake, garden, and create craft projects.

Candidates must hold an active CNA certificate to be eligible for this position.
