Honeywell Sr. Business Development Analyst in Morris Plains, New Jersey

As a Sr. Business Development Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in driving business growth and identifying new opportunities for Honeywell. This position will support our Fluorine Products (FP) business through working on regulatory and business compliance needs. This role reports into the FP business mgmt. team and will work on various analytical, data aggregation, regulatory, and business planning activities.

You will report directly to our Business Development Manager and you’ll work out of our Morris Plains or Baton Rouge location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the following: - Conducting market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities - Analyzing industry trends and competitive landscape - Providing strategic insights and recommendations to senior management - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work across multiple functions to ensure compliance with the AIM (American Innovation and Manufacturing, applicable to certain refrigerants) Act by aggregating data, analyzing the movement of goods, and submitting reports to relevant regulatory agencies

  • Manage the business quota plan and ensure periodic annual audits from regulatory agencies are effectively and correctly completed

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities

  • Analyze industry trends and competitive landscape

  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in business analysis or related roles

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools

WE VALUE

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering, Health and Safety or similar disciplines

  • Experience with the EPA, Environmental Compliance, AIM audit, or the annual Ontario HSP audit.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams

  • Background in compliance activities

  • Strong influencing skills and ability to drive discrete tasks independently

  • Experience in conducting market research and analysis

  • Strong understanding of business development principles and practices

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work

  • Experience with Excel and SAP
