Description We are in the market for an ERP Integration Manager to join our team in the Chemicals Manufacturing industry, located in Morris Plains, New Jersey. In this role, you will serve as a critical link between the IT and HR teams, defining key requirements from users and stakeholders. This opportunity offers a long-term contract employment.

Responsibilities:

• Play a key role in the integration of ERP systems, focusing on HRIS

• Collaborate closely with the IT team to understand and meet business objectives

• Leverage your knowledge of cloud technologies and CRM to drive IT solutions

• Utilize Epicor ERP and Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) skills to streamline processes

• Apply business intelligence (BI) techniques to improve decision-making processes

• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of business requirement documents

• Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during IT changes

• Conduct AB testing to evaluate the efficiency of IT solutions

• Manage business process functions with a focus on improving efficiency and effectiveness

• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and business users to ensure alignment. Requirements • Possess expertise in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP)

• Have a strong understanding of Cloud Technologies

• Display proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

• Demonstrate experience with Epicor and Epicor ERP software

• Show familiarity with AB Testing methodology

• Possess knowledge in Business Intelligence (BI)

• Understand various Business Process Functions

• Have experience in creating Business Requirement Documents
