Keylogic Systems Inc Business Analyst in Morgantown, West Virginia

The Business Analyst supports KeyLogic and the National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL) Financial Analysts, Administrators, and Project Managers. The position requires a general understanding of our NETL client's organizations and programs, the ability to take initiative, have a willingness to work in a flexible, fast-paced environment directly with the client and with other members of our team. The Business Analyst will be involved with, but not limited to, data input and analysis, data quality, regression testing of applications, working to help solve client issues, training the customer, documentation, operations and maintenance, and report preparation to support business processes. Occasional interstate travel to other KeyLogic or client offices may be required. The position is Remote, based out of Pittsburgh, PA or Morgantown, WV Position Requirements: *Bachelor's degree *Ability to obtain U.S. Government clearance to work in a Government Lab *Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint *Experience with Customer Support or Helpdesk *Ability to work closely with customers *Attention to detail *Excellent communication skills *3-5 years of experience *Experience with software Regression Testing *Experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS) or Azure DevOps *Experience with document editing and technical writing *Experience working in an Agile environment *Experience with Microsoft Visio *Experience with Tableau and/or Power BI

Position Responsibilities: *Maintain, track, and analyze project data within DOE and KeyLogic databases *Interface with customers, engineers and Project Managers *Develop reports and presentations *Work in a Help-desk environment to support application users *Provide high-level data analysis and quality control *Write and follow Test Plans in support of Regression Testing for a number of different applications
