Job Title: Electrical Construction Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Electrical Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong experience in electrical construction and industry regulations, and will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical construction projects from start to finish.

• Estimate project costs and develop budgets.

• Create and maintain project schedules.

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of project teams.

• Handle change orders and project documentation.

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

• Lead and manage project teams effectively.

Essential Skills

• Knowledge of electrical construction and industry regulations.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and clients.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Leadership and team management skills.

• 3-5 years of experience in the electrical space as a Project Engineer or equivalent.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Conest or Accubid Classic is a plus.

• Degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred.

• Previous experience as a project intern, project engineer intern, or construction intern is beneficial.
