The Minnesota Sex Offender Program (MSOP) is a sex offense specific treatment program in a modified therapeutic community and secure setting that provides comprehensive services to 740 civilly committed clients. Services include sex offense specific treatment, education programming, therapeutic recreation, vocational programming, and volunteer services.

Our Moose Lake, MN location is seeking talented Clinicians to work on the leading edge of the comprehensive evaluation, treatment, and management of individuals who have been civilly committed to receive ongoing treatment in a secure setting.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

· Co-facilitate core therapy groups and provide assistance to clients as assigned.

· Prepare and present psychoeducational modules, monitor and evaluate progress toward learning goals.

· Ensure accurate and timely documentation of clinical work.

· Participate in staff meetings, case consultation sessions and special projects as assigned for the purpose of enhancing MSOP programming and for professional development

Minimum Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field AND

· One year of experience providing behavioral health services, in a mental health and/or sex offense specific treatment setting

OR

· Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related field, which included training or experience in providing behavioral health services, including individual and group therapy methods and practices
