Concordia College Contract Services Supervisor in Moorhead, Minnesota
The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure the highest quality customer service to off-campus Contract Services clients to include food quality, food safety and sanitation. Support the mission and vision of Concordia College and demonstrate the competencies as defined for this position. Contract Services Supervision Daily prep and packaging of hot and cold food components; Maintain clear and positive communications with Contract Services clients; Ensure optimal service is given to Contract Services clients including product quality, variety and timely, accurate deliveries; Ensure proper documentation including food temperature records, billing statements and customer satisfaction surveys; Ensure all contract requisitions are billed correctly; Assist with menu forecasting for all contract meals; Ensure nutritional compliance of menus; Attend weekly menu meetings as requested; Attend regularly scheduled meetings with Contract Services clients as requested. Management and other responsibilities Supervise Contract Services staff and student workers; Supervision of food sanitation and safety practices including training for Contract Services and student staff; Attend manager/supervisor and other meetings; Other duties as assigned; Support and assist in achieving departmental initiatives; Submit work orders as necessary; Function as Manager-On-Duty as scheduled.
