*Hybrid- Charlotte, NC*

Must be local to the Charlotte area and work a Hybrid schedule

Duration: 6+-month Contract

Our industry-leading client is looking for a Product Designer to help architect and design high-quality and engaging experiences for customers and associates. You will be responsible for building user flows, wireframes, and design comps and prototypes to ensure products deliver top experience. The ideal candidate will have strong Figma and Supply Chain experience.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $50- $55 hourly W2

Experience Requirements:

Qualifications for the Product Designer:

· Experience creating UX artifacts including wireframes, interactive prototypes, user journeys and workflows

· Expertise with Figma

· Supply Chain & Retail background

· Prior portfolio and work samples required

· Experience with Jira, Confluence

· UI Design, Agile development, UAT and Research experience

· Local to Charlotte area and willing to work a hybrid schedule (2 days a week)

· Excellent presentation skills and ability to work cross-functionally with other teams

· Bachelors Degree required

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
