Lowe's Sr Mgr-Digital Commerce Support (Third Party Selling) in Mooresville, North Carolina

Please note, the ideal candidate for this role will need to be located in a commutable distance from our corporate office in Mooresville, NC or be open to relocation, as eligible.

Your Impact

The Senior Manager-Online Support (Third-Party Selling) leads and works alongside a team of individual contributors that have end-to-end business ownership over new seller account and item setup within the Lowes.com marketplace, including continual improvement of internal and external processes to reduce onboarding cycle time and increase seller satisfaction.

Initially, they will work closely with cross-functional partners to develop and optimize processes and guidelines to support the long-term growth of sellers. They will draw on their operations experience, apply “on the ground knowledge and leverage key relationships with business and tech (internal & external) partners to successfully consult with and onboard new sellers.

This leader will obsess about the Customer (aka Sellers), have a bias for action with strong problem-solving skills, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and have a knack for developing a team of exceptional talent.

What You Will Do

  • Lead and work alongside a team of individual contributors to onboard new sellers to the Lowes.com marketplace, coordinating and supporting initial seller registration through to item set-up

  • Collaborate and coordinate with internal teams on timely vendor set-up tasks

  • Regularly interface and consult with sellers on the onboarding process and integration methods; troubleshooting set-up and integration issues to aid in successfully onboarding them to the marketplace

  • Develop initial onboarding processes and documentation to ensure smooth onboarding; become the SME in technical integration methods to consult with sellers as needed

  • Ensures execution of seller onboarding is within defined processes and timelines, driving process improvements, efficiency and improved seller compliance

  • Ensure seller standards are defined and upheld

  • Maintains and improves a relational database of seller information

  • Leads, grows and develops a team of individual contributors, through attracting and retaining talented individuals, setting clear expectations, providing timely, constructive feedback, managing performance, preparing them for growth opportunities and sponsoring / leading the team through change

  • Maintains and inspires a highly skilled, collaborative and engaged team with a focus on clear and consistent communication around company objectives, responsibilities and expectations

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree Business, Marketing, Project Management, Communications or related field

• 8 Years relevant experience

• 6 Years People leadership experience

• Project management, product management, business analysis, program management or product marketing

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree Business Administration or similar advanced degree

Pay Range: $107,800.00 - $179,700.00 annually Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
