Overview

We are looking for a highly organized Senior Project Coordinator/Medical Affairs Liaison to join our team.

This position will directly report to the EVP Chief Medical Officer and is responsible for supporting the Medical Affairs team by coordinating activities, managing projects, and ensuring effective communications with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Analyze and interpret data to support Medical Affairs initiatives

  • Prepare robust PowerPoint presentations and reports to communicate medical information to a variety of audiences, including Executive Board leadership

  • Serve as a point of contact for the Medical Affairs team, fielding inquiries and routing requests to appropriate personnel

  • Coordinate and manage centralized activities for the Medical Affairs team, including scheduling travel, expense reports, arranging meetings, and handling logistics

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a medical affairs or related role.

  • Proven experience in project management.

  • Strong PowerPoint presentation skills.

  • Ability to communicate professionally with C-Suite leadership thoughout the organization.

  • Experience with medical databases and electronic health records (EHR) a plus.
