Lowe's Assistant Marketing Manager - Creative Operations in Mooresville, North Carolina

Your Impact

The primary purpose of this role, Assistant Marketing Manager – Creative Operations, is to support marketing efforts by partnering with stakeholders and internal creative resources to ensure design efforts deliver on Lowe’s strategic intent on time and on brand. This role includes responsibility of project managing the creative production for digital channels against defined timelines and marketing initiatives. This requires the ability to execute multiple creative projects simultaneously from brief into traffic. The position will report to the Manager of Creative Operations.

What you will do

  • Leads a multitude of projects by coordinating timelines and scope, future work forecasting, logistics, and revising as appropriate to remain agile.

  • Collaborates with cross-functional partners both onshore and offshore within a small “pod / “agile type setting to execute creative projects supporting the marketing calendar, driving alignment with key stakeholders and delivering highly effective 360 marketing creative that meet critical KPIs.

  • Integrates with Brand Marketing Managers and serves as the creative Project Lead to ensure seamless handoffs between creative and Brand Marketing for approvals before uploading and sending to execution teams – ensuring timeline milestones are hit such as, briefing, internal review, marketing review, final approvals, and trafficking handoffs.

  • Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and with groups.

  • Holds partners accountable to the aligned-on process while flexing and always looking for opportunities to improve efficiencies in process.

  • Communicates with stakeholders on brief inputs to ensure the right level of detail, insights and direction are provided to drive creative solutions.

  • Collaborates with internal creative studio to ensure understanding of brief inputs and requirements to execute creative concepts.

  • Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines, specifications and quality standards before final handoff.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, Economics, Statistics, Engineering or Business or relevant field and 2+ years overall marketing experience

  • 2 Years + progressive experience in campaign management within a fast-paced corporate or agency environment

  • 2-5 Years experience managing production of integrated ad campaigns across audio, digital, social and web channels

  • Strong working knowledge of marketing project management tools such as Workfront

  • Detailed comprehension and experience in web, banner, social, email and other ad creative formats

  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable analyzing data

  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and tight deadlines

  • Well-versed in the Microsoft Office suite specifically, Excel and PowerPoint
