THOR Solutions, LLC Administrative Analyst in Moorestown, New Jersey
THOR Solutions is actively seeking an Administrative Analyst to support the AEGIS Technical Representative professional support services contract in Moorestown, NJ. The Administrative Analyst will directly support the customer’s Human Resources (HR) manager with administrative tasking.
Typical responsibilities include:
Coordinating hiring events
Conducting research in support of Command events
Preparing statistical reports, informational material, new hire packages, and briefs
Handling information requests
Performing clerical functions
Track and report Command Training
Draft correspondence including emails, letters, Instructions, Directives, and Notices
Administer the Command Awards Program
Coordinate Senior Leadership travel using the Defense Travel System (DTS), and submit Travel Expense Reports
Location: Full time onsite at the AEGIS TECH REP facility in Moorestown, NJ.
Travel: Approximately 0-10% travel is anticipated.
US Citizenship Required: Due to the requirements of the federal contract that this position supports, U.S. citizenship is required. Citizenship will be confirmed via I-9/E-Verify at the start of employment.
Typical Physical Activity: Desk/computer work in an office environment. May involve: repetitive motion.
Secret Security Clearance Eligibility Required: This position requires eligibility for a DoD Secret security clearance. A qualified candidate will either already possess an active or Interim Secret clearance (preferred), or be eligible to obtain a new Secret clearance upon hire.
Typical Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
At least five (5) years of relevant professional experience.
Experience with government correspondence is desired.
Experience using the Defense Travel System and travel expense reports is a plus.
Strong communication skills and the ability to report findings both orally and in writing to the client.
Proficient in common productivity software.
