Jones Stephens is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for an Inventory Supervisor . If you have familiarity and experience in inventory control and are organized with great people skills, this is the position for you!

Responsibilities:

• Prioritize inventory reporting including supervising

• Understand processes that impact inventory

• Implement Demand and Inventory Planning operational processes and maintain databases associated with such processes

• Provide Branch and DC Stock Analysis, and other reporting for branch/business specific support

• Collaborate with the Business Groups, Procurement, Strategic Products Group, Supply Chain, Vendors, Branches, etc. to review and identify appropriate inventory management and process improvements

• Use corporate information systems such as Trilogie, Oracle, Logility, Cognos as well as MS Access to develop tools and reporting to support business

• Complete projects and initiatives as assigned

Qualifications

• Industry purchasing, demand planning, inventory control, or supply chain experience preferred but not required

• Proficient math skills

• Strong social skills and ability to prioritize workload appropriately in order to balance multiple demands and meet timelines as required

• Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices

• Beginning to Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and MS Access

• Project management skills and prioritization skills

• Excellent communication skills, written and oral

• Ability to produce results

• Detail oriented and accurate

Pay Range:

$17.74 - $39.14

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
