The Role We Are Offering You:
As a Senior Quality Manager, you will be responsible for managing a group of managers, quality assurance specialists, and a project manager. You will be directly involved in the implementation and management of the quality system, supervision of procedures, management of non-conformities, and interdepartmental collaboration. You will also play a key role in training and raising awareness among staff, as well as conducting audits and obtaining certifications.

Team Management:
Performance evaluation.
Development of team members’ skills.
Activity planning.
Establishment of team work standards.
Communication of departmental and company directives and vision.
Responsibilities:
Implementation and management of the quality system: Design and implement methods and tools to maintain and improve the quality of products and services.
Supervision of procedures: Ensure that quality procedures are followed at every stage of production or service delivery.
Management of non-conformities: Identify sources of non-conformity and implement action plans to address them.
Interdepartmental collaboration: Work closely with other departments to continuously improve processes and results.
Training and awareness: Raise awareness and train staff on quality standards and best practices.
Audits and certifications: Organize and conduct internal and external audits, and ensure the company obtains or renews certifications.

Strong experience in quality management and team management.
Quick adaptability to changes.
Excellent communication skills in French and English.
Strong leadership in decision-making.
Determination to challenge existing processes to encourage continuous improvements.
In-depth knowledge of quality management systems.
Experience in conducting audits and managing certifications.
