Your Role at KIK

Reporting to the NA Sales Director of Bulk, the customer service representative supports the Quebec bulk operations in various functions. From ensuring all daily orders are entered in the system for processing, answering and returning phone calls and emails, analyzing and supporting business monthly reviews, projecting demand signals, all aspects of order management are a key priority. As needs be, the CSR will also support maintaining, developing and providing support in locking new businesses, helping through some bidding process. Although the representation portion of the business will focus on our Quebec business, the CSR will support our Ontario team order management as well. This role is full-time on site at our Lavo office and will, at times, require some travelling to deliver bids, tenders and meet customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Answer customer phone calls and emails.

  • Enter orders into the system daily.

  • Confirm orders in the system.

  • Send proofs of delivery to customers.

  • Assist finance with collections as required.

  • Provide detailed monthly sales reports.

  • Complete certain tender documents (Bids).

  • Support the administration of the delivery truck fleet as required.

  • Meet with certain customers (occasionally on the road).

  • Participate in and complete all training required by KIK/LAVO.

  • Adhere to all occupational health and safety standards.

  • Other responsibilities may be added as needed.

What You’ll Bring

  • Autonomous, requires minimal supervision.

  • Bilingualism (French and English).

  • College Diploma

  • Ability to communicate clearly, quickly and effectively.

  • Interest in sales.

  • Able to operate MS Office.

  • • 2+ years’ experience with inventory functions

  • Proficient use of PC including MS office applications

  • JDEdwards experience is preferred.
