Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Organizational Performance Business Consultant to join the IT department of a leading company. In this role, you will focus on evaluating and analyzing the impact of IT initiatives across various departments, providing actionable insights to improve corporate performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to assess how IT changes affect operations and help optimize processes to maximize efficiency.

As a key player, you will be responsible for setting KPIs for technology functions, tracking benefits and cost savings, and delivering data-driven reports to executive stakeholders. Your strong background in data analysis and high-impact presentations will enable you to turn complex performance data into clear, actionable insights. This role also involves supporting change management and offering training to help teams better understand performance metrics related to IT initiatives.

Responsibilities:

 Assess the impact of IT projects on operational efficiency and overall performance.

 Develop and present reports and dashboards illustrating IT's impact on other teams.

 Collaborate with IT and various departments to align initiatives with organizational goals.

 Provide guidance and training on performance metrics and process improvements related to IT changes.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Science, or related field.

 5+ years of proven experience as a performance analyst, business analyst, or similar role focused on IT impact analysis.

 Strong skills in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, BI tools).

 Excellent communication and presentation abilities with a focus on translating complex data into actionable insights for business leaders.

 Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments. Bilingualism - FR/EN null
