Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Concession Manager to join our team. This critical role will involve managing key business relationships with several major partners, overseeing all aspects of our Out-of-Home advertising agreements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage all activities and ensure the successful delivery of advertising agreements

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners.

  • Manage all aspects of client contracts, ensuring timely and accurate execution.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve objectives.

  • Analyze partner needs and develop customized solutions.

  • Proactively identify and resolve potential issues & provide exceptional customer service.

  • Master the contractual and operational aspects of concessions

  • In charge of the capital expenditure and investment plan

  • Closely monitor revenue performance and build product strategy accordingly

  • Organize and present follow-up meetings (quarterly or annual) with partners

  • Respond to RFPs when applicable

  • Strategic planning for each of them, help support and develop viewpoints on key initiatives: assess issues, define a strategic direction for new products or innovations, competitive developments, research, target opportunities and recommend solutions

  • Manage/track budgets, plan and track profitability and assess overall financial performance by concession, by product line

  • Work closely with product and operations teams on new product deployment and technological innovation projects for all concessions in the portfolio

  • Develop accurate, case-by-case analyses to ensure the monitoring and good performance of concessions and to achieve the objectives of the strategic plan and relay needs to sales

  • Manage contracts in SAP, inventory in Quattro and allocations

Critical Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in the leasing space, with at least 5 years in a management role. Experience in OOH advertising leasing concession management will be prioritized.

  • Proven track record of achieving aggressive leasing targets and maximizing profitability.

  • Strong understanding of lease agreements, real estate law, and market trends.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong analytical and financial skills.

  • Bilingual French and English; In the course of their duties, this person will be required to interact with French & English speaking stakeholders across Canada
