Summary
The NTS Strategy and Planning team is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn-from and collaborate with teams across NTS, while making a significant impact on the organization’s success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the October Plan, May LRP, Deep Dives, and Board decks:
Managing end-to-end planning cycle
Guiding contributors on submissions
Shaping the narrative to ensure alignment with strategic goals
Managing actions and follow-ups
Support the CTIO: Provide strategic support to the CTIO in various initiatives and projects.
Event Support: Assist with planning and executing events across NTS, ensuring they align with strategic objectives.
Network team support: Support the Network Planning team and SVP, Networks.
Critical Qualifications
Strong executive communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas simply andeffectively.
Proficiency in PowerPoint and M365 collaboration tools.
Self-starter with experience in strategic planning and execution.
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ever-evolvingenvironment.
