Cintas Production Manager in Montreal, Canada

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Production Manager to lead a team of production partners and supervisors, as well as manage all aspects of a fast-paced, industrial (possibly multi-shift) laundry plant. Responsibilities include monitoring the budget, safety, production flow, material costs, wastewater management and departmental profit and loss; motivating, training and directing Production Supervisors, as well as entry-level production workers. This is a high-level management position with key management responsibility and accountability for the bottom line results.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

  • Ability to handle the physical requirements of the job, including repeated bending, stretching, twisting and lifting

  • High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred

Preferred

  • 3-5 years' production supervisory experience

  • P&L and budget experience

  • Availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted
