What to Expect:

The B2B Marketing Activation Lead is responsible for creating engaging experiences between Nespresso Professional and its prospects and customers, resulting in increased brand engagement and business success. They possess a strong understanding of marketing campaign construction, content strategy, event planning, and sponsorship negotiation. Additionally, they collaborate with the key account management team to develop customized marketing plans and impactful activations that align with customer and business goals. The B2B Marketing Activation Lead also plays a crucial role in promoting sustainability initiatives and driving the adoption of recycling solutions in the B2B sector.

A day in the life:

Marketing Communication:

  • Collaborate with agency partners to create impactful B2B communication campaigns that drive brand engagement and demand generation for Nespresso professional solutions.

  • Design content strategy for B2B audiences and work with the Marketing Coordinator and agency partners to produce content and plan activations.

  • Oversee B2C2B communication plan and ensure execution across all touchpoints (website, email, boutiques, etc.).

Sponsorships & Events:

  • Lead planning, production, execution, and monitoring of strategic B2B sponsorships and events.

  • Contribute to major B2B press & influencer events in partnership with PR and Influence teams.

  • Collaborate with commercial teams on regional activations.

Customer Marketing Plans:

  • Collaborate with commercial teams to develop marketing plans for specific key accounts.

  • Understand customer objectives and propose win-win activations.

  • Lead execution with internal teams to ensure impactful activations.

  • Identify opportunities to amplify Nespresso Professional's awareness.

Sustainability Communications:

  • Act as the point of contact for B2B sustainability marketing initiatives.

  • Lead sustainability communication plan for B2B audiences.

  • Manage cross-functional projects to increase recycling rate of B2B clients.

Role Requirements

  • Bilingualism in English and French language skills are a requirement, as this position requires collaboration with stakeholders across the Canadian market and/or worldwide.

  • 5-7 years of Marketing experience gained in a premium, lifestyle consumer goods environment or in a marketing agency

  • Demonstrated project management skills

  • Brand building experience, including campaign brief & execution

  • Experience in managing agencies and external partners

Preferred Skills

  • Understanding of the Food & Beverage industry

  • Experience in influencing & managing stakeholders in a matrixed organisation

  • Experience in B2B marketing

  • Experience with sustainability initiatives
