• Transformer les besoins d'affaires en solutions techniques robustes en utilisant des techniques modernes d'ingénierie des données

• Concevoir et implémenter des architectures de données pour faciliter l'analyse avancée

• Développer des solutions basées sur les données pour soutenir la prise de décision

• Garantir l'accessibilité et la gouvernance des données pour des analyses de routine et des mouvements stratégiques

• Collaborer avec les parties prenantes pour maintenir une chaîne d'approvisionnement en données fiable

• Établir des relations de confiance et offrir un leadership éclairé à nos clients

Compétences et expériences :

• Capacité avérée à créer des solutions analytiques répondant à une grande variété de besoins clients grâce aux services de la plateforme de données Azure

• Compréhension approfondie des solutions et processus opérationnels de données de bout en bout

• Maîtrise des technologies suivants : T-SQL, Python, PySpark, Azure, ADB, ADF, Synapse, avec une familiarité avec U-SQL

• Expérience dans la gestion des relations clients, la livraison de solutions complexes et le soutien à la pré-vente des solutions

• Solide compréhension des fondamentaux de la modélisation des données dans des environnements structurés et semi-structurés

• Bonne connaissance des exigences d'infrastructure des services de la plateforme de données Azure

• Compétence avec Git/ADO pour le contrôle de version et la collaboration

What you will do:

• Transform business needs into robust technical solutions using modern data engineering techniques

• Design and implement data architectures to facilitate advanced analytics

• Develop data-driven solutions to empower decision-making

• Ensure data accessibility and governance for routine analysis and strategic business moves

• Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain a reliable data supply chain

• Create trusted relationships and bring thought leadership to our clients

Skills and experiences:

• Proven ability to create analytics solutions that meet a wide variety of client value needs using the Azure Data Platform services

• Deep understanding of end-to-end data operation solutions and processes

• Proficiency with the following: T-SQL, Python, PySpark, Azure, ADB, ADF, Synapse, and familiarity with U-SQL

• Experience owning client relationships, delivery of complex solutions and ability to support pre-sales solutioning

• Strong understanding of data modelling fundamentals in structured and semi-structured environments

• Strong understanding of Azure Data Platform services infrastructure requirements

• Proficient with Git/ADO for version control and collaboration

About you:

Characteristics that demonstrate success for this role:

• You are either a Canadian citizen or Permanent Resident of Canada, eligible to work for any employer in Canada

• You have a MINIMUM of 10 years of consecutive residency in Canada and are eligible to obtain Secret Security Clearance

• You reside in Montreal and are able to commute to Montreal based client locations

• Have a minimum of 10 years of demonstrable experience across the advanced analytics space, preferably in a consulting environment

• Are excited to become a leader within a dynamic, innovative data practice and you are emotionally mature and humble in your leadership, recognizing the unique skillset of each team member

• Have proven experience running multi-million-dollar projects and you enjoy interacting with clients and building strong relationships

• Are as a steadfast mediator between the business and the team and you possess masterful negotiation and relationship-building skills and can communicate priorities and expectations clearly and concisely, remaining open to team opinions, while also being confident in making decisions
