Roles & Responsibilities

General & Governance

  • Monthly update of Risk & Opportunities; creating, then sending the file out to all functional managers in D&S Canada to be sure it is complete

  • Monthly update of Canada KPIs, and follow up with individuals who are missing their targets – to report the reasons

  • Monthly validation of the project risks documented in Planisware, publish the overall trend, and ensure that PMs have correctly entered supporting comments for their project risks

  • Support the quarterly business risk governance

  • Be the Planisware SME and support users and stakeholders such as the PMs

  • Under the guidance of the PMO Lead, support processes for S&OP

  • Compare Canada level financial forecasting with planned resources and report discrepancies.

  • Work with report developers (PowerBi and Domo) to ensure the reporting tools show valid data, and to update the tools in support of the Canada region

Business Excellence

  • Under guidance of PMO leadership, contribute to IBE initiatives

  • Collaboration with other departments within the sub-region ensuring process adherence

  • Implement & support process/template/tools standardization within the sub-region

  • Support actionnable performance analysis

  • Support the identification of training requirements and associated change management activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or CEGEP/college degree

  • 5 or more years of experience in project management processes

  • Experience implementing process improvement initiative and change management

  • Functional knowledge of PM oriented tools such as Microsoft Office, Project, Planisware and Oracle R12

  • Willingness to learn Planisware in depth and teach/mentor others

  • Inherent leadership qualities and attention to detail

  • Excellent communicator

  • PowerBi knowledge an asset

  • PMP certification or willingness to pursue this certification is an asset

  • Bilingual French and English is an asset
