Teradata Senior Manager, Transformation in Montpelier, Vermont

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving transformation planning and execution across a variety of workstreams and business functions. You'll be responsible for overseeing transformation process management and ensuring the successful execution of key initiatives. Your contributions will directly impact operational efficiency, process optimization, and organizational effectiveness while indirectly impacting customer experience, sales improvement, and bottom line performance. Success in this role will be measured by the successful implementation of transformation initiatives and the achievement of intended business outcomes.

Who You’ll Work With

As a Senior Manager of Transformation, you will collaborate closely operational initiative owners, workstream leaders, and executive sponsors. You'll be an integral part of the team driving organizational change and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Reporting to the Sr Director of Transformation, you'll provide valuable insights, recommendations, and support to advance the company's transformation agenda.

What Makes You a Qualified Candidate

  • 10+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in consulting or corporate strategy roles involved in driving transformations or business change projects.

  • Demonstrated experience in change management, including the development and execution of change management plans tailored to project goals.

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex business challenges.

  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey key messages and influence stakeholders as well as create written communications for mass distribution.

  • Experience in project management and prioritization, with a focus on driving results and overcoming obstacles.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and drive alignment towards common goals.

  • Enthusiasm for driving transformational change and contributing to organizational success.

  • Experience using enterprise data/analytics tools, especially; Teradata Vantage, Snowflake, or Databricks

Pay Rate: $132,900.00 - $166,100.00 - $199,300.00 Annually

Pay Rate: 132900.0000 - 166100.0000 - 199300.0000 Annually
