Employer: Monticello Motor Club, LLC 67 Cantrell Rd Monticello NY 12701
Duties: Greet club members and special event guests; distribute food, wine, and dessert menus; answer questions, offer suggestions on daily specials and wine selections. Ensure that the correct account numbers and names are given for billing. Place orders with kitchen; inform cooks about any dietary restrictions and serve food; Clear and reset tables after each course and after the table is vacated. Inform supervisor of any complaints as soon as they occur. Perform clean-up and closing duties as assigned by manager.
Work hours: 6am-2pm 5 days/week, 40 hours/week, 5 days/week staggered scheduled to cover alternating weekends at $23.00/hour. OT at $34.50/hour may be offered at employer's discretion. Work schedule varies.
No education required. No experience required. Employer will train. Employee must be willing to work weekends and be able to perform the job duties.
A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Workers will be paid weekly by check on Friday. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made.
Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. Employer to provide company-specific uniforms at no cost to the employee. Employer will launder / maintain uniforms at no cost to the employee.
Optional dorm-style housing IN EMPLOYER OWNED HOUSE WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE FROM THE CLUB will be provided for a weekly deduction of $50.00 including utilities. Employer will provide three meals per day at no cost to the employee.
H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).
Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. Daily subsistence rates are $15.88/day without receipts or up to $59/day with receipts.
