Title: Electrical Estimator

Location: Montgomeryville, Pa

Shift/Schedule: M-F 8am-4pm

Salary: 95k/starting (Based on Experience)

Responsibilities:

  • Estimate construction project requirements, including time, labor, materials, and production costs.

  • Analyze project specifications and drawings in detail, identifying and submitting questions to project personnel as needed.

  • Prepare and deliver accurate material and labor "take-off" information for review and approval.

  • Evaluate vendor and subcontractor proposals for completeness of scope

    Requirements:

  • 5–9 years of experience with the ability to independently estimate projects from start to finish.

  • Experience with PennBid or similar is a plus

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
