Job Title: Value Stream Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Value Stream Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving annual objectives for safety, quality, delivery, and cost of the value stream. You will work closely with the Director of Operations to establish goals and objectives, and create strategies to achieve them. This role involves managing everyone in the value stream including but not limited to supervisors and engineers.

Hard Skills

• Ability to establish and achieve annual objectives

• Developing strategies for goal achievement

• Management of various roles within the value stream

Soft Skills

• Strong leadership skills

• Ability to work closely with the Director of Operations

• Effective communication skills

Job Type

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Montgomery, Alabama.
