We are growing and looking for a full-time Field Support Associate with integrity and professionalism to join our team in Montgomery, Alabama. The hours are Mon-Fri, 730am-4pm with overtime as needed.
This position is a great way to get your foot in the door at Dixie, and we offer opportunities to advance into the trades.
Who You are:
You have great communication and strong customer service skills.
You work well with a team.
You have excellent work ethic and leadership skills.
What You will be responsible for:
Help the Purchasing Manager with picking up and delivering materials and supplies.
Organize equipment and materials
Prepare and clean work areas
Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment and keep parts and supplies in order
Assist in setting up new fleet vehicles
Aid Field Technician on the job
Follow safety codes and building regulations when applicable

Qualifications and Skills:
At least 18 years of age
Valid drivers license and ability to pass MVR check
You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds; be able to push, pull, carry or maneuver heavier items (with additional manpower or appropriate devices); carry ladders; work from heights, work in small spaces.
Capable of following directions
Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
Authorized to work in the United States.
