Job Title – Operations - Administrative Assistant
Location – Montgomery, AL, on-site

What You Will Do
Reviews contracts and contract documents (bonds, certification forms, etc.) for execution and logging.
Reviews and logs Change Orders.
Formalizes processes and posts PCI’s, Mods, PO’s, MR’s, etc.
Drafts contracts, letters, and initiates follow up communications as necessary.
Performs general administrative support including scanning, copying and filing as needed.
Works on special projects and performs additional duties per supervisor’s direction.
Logs and updates insurance status, escalates variances from requirements for review, decision and logging.
Performs other duties as may be assigned.
Working Conditions – Office setting, no travel required, full time
Reporting Structure –Corporate Office Manager
What We Expect
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities – Strong typing and computer skills (i.e., MS Word, Excel). Ability to establish effective relationships with office personnel. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to multitask.
Education / Experience - Minimum high school diploma/GED and 2+ years of professional office experience required.
While the salary range is typically between $35,300 - $45,875 annually, applicants are encouraged to share compensation expectations as part of the application process. Caddell honors prior experience, education, and qualifications of applicants in order to make attractive and competitive offers.
