In this | | critical role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support | | to our Contract administrator, ensuring the smooth operation of our | | projects through efficient contract management, financial tasks, | | human resources coordination, and exceptional customer service. | | | | Key Responsibilities: | | | | - Assist with the preparation and processing of contract | | deliverables, guaranteeing accuracy and adherence to deadlines. | | - Serve as customer Service Desk, responding to client inquiries | | and work order requests. | | - Process employee timesheets and generate payroll summaries for | | accuracy and timely submission. | | - Consolidate and organize monthly reports to effectively track | | contract performance. | | - Provide comprehensive administrative support to PMs, including | | scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing | | presentations. | | - Maintain accurate and organized filing systems (physical and | | electronic). | | - Compose and distribute meeting agendas and minutes. | | - Handle other administrative tasks as assigned. | | | | Requirements: | | | | - Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast-paced administrative | | environment, preferably within the construction industry. | | - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize | | multiple tasks, manage deadlines, and maintain a focus on detail. | | - Excellent accuracy in data entry and record keeping. | | - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, | | Outlook) | | - Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. | | - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. | | - Valid driver's license and clean driving record (may be | | required). | | - Physical ability to lift and handle heavy materials. | | | | Benefits: | | | | - Medical | | - Dental | | - Vision | | - 401k | +-----------------------------------------------------------------------+
