Chemours Training & Facilities Specialist in Monterrey, Mexico

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Validate and ensure compliance with plant training programs.

• Participate and collaborate in improvement programs in the areas.

• Attend internal and external audits received at the plant regarding training.

• Monitor compliance with applicable regulatory standards and policies regarding training.

• Facilitate technical training of the operation.

• Comply with the technical requirements of the Training and Development element according to the S21A standard, Process Safety Administration (ASP).

• Verify that training procedures remain current and updated.

• Provide guidance for the administrative and operational processes of the staff training program.

• Support in the facilitation of the induction program topics and provide guidance in programming.

• Compliance in internal and external audits.

• Participation in the plant's communication processes.

• Budget management for the maintenance of the training building.

• Provide support in the programming and logistics of training that is required to ensure that staff are competent in their role.

• Maintain evidence of training in personnel files, which ensure their competence.• Provide technical-operational training for personnel who work in the process areas.

• Coordinates facilities maintenance plan and execution following safety and budgeting goals.

The following is required for this role

• Bachelor´s degree in Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical or related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience.

• Bilingual: Spanish/English

• Provide support in the programming and logistics of training that is required to ensure that staff are competent in their role.

• Ability to take initiative, self-manage, identify what is needed and take effective action to bring about change and lead/implement change while demonstrating Chemours´s core values.

• Exceptional and proven communication skills, both oral and written.

• Proficiency with analytical tools to help gather and analyze data.
