Our client is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Staff Accountant to join their finance team. Robert Half has teamed up with a reputable firm with a strong emphasis on client service and professional development. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute various financial statements and reports.

• Assist with budgeting and financial planning implementations.

• Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end closes.

• Prepare tax returns, including corporate, partnership, and individual tax.

• Identify areas of improvement and execute new processes.

• Perform financial audits.

• Escalate issues to senior accountants or management as needed.

• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Participate in strategic business decision-making.

• Support accounts payable and receivable functions.

  Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Minimum of 2-3 years of accounting experience.

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) preferred.

• Proficient in a range of accounting software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• The ability to work on a team and independently.

• Solid time management and organizational skills.
